Schedule recurring money
Add salary, dividends, or bonuses from Schedule. When a payment becomes due, Totum records it the next time the app opens.

Choose base and secondary currencies in Settings. Online rates can be saved for offline use, and manual conversion remains available.
Keep data private
Your accounts, balances, entries, income schedules, and interest history are maintained in Totum’s local database on your device.

The useful details
Where is my financial data stored?
Totum stores financial records locally on your device and does not operate a Totum account or upload those records to a Totum server. Currency conversion sends only the selected currency codes to an online service.
What happens if I delete Totum?
Deleting Totum deletes its local app data from that device. Totum has no cloud account or built-in sync service, so make sure you understand your device-backup settings before deleting the app or moving to another device.
Why has scheduled income not appeared yet?
Confirm that the schedule is enabled, its destination asset still exists, and its payment date and time have passed. Totum catches up on due entries when the app next opens.
How do I correct an account balance?
Open the account and choose Set balance. Totum creates an increase or decrease entry for the difference, preserving a clear history. You can also select a non-interest entry to edit it directly.
How does yearly interest work?
Open an asset or liability and select Yearly interest. When enabled, Totum uses the annual rate to compound daily and records calculated changes in the account ledger, including catch-up after time offline.
How do I change my base currency?
In Settings, choose a new base currency. When balances already exist, Totum lets you use the latest online rate, enter your own manual rate, or keep every number unchanged and only relabel the currency.
Are there limits on accounts or schedules?
No. All Totum features are included for free, with no subscription or in-app purchase required. You can add as many asset and liability accounts and recurring schedules as your device can practically store.
